Trust & Privacy

Privacy is not a feature.
It is the architecture.

Gardspace was built around a simple principle: a child's data should never be where it does not need to be. And a nanny's privacy should never be sacrificed in the name of professional transparency.

Founding principles

Three rules.
Non-negotiable.

📷

In-app capture only

Photos and videos of the child are taken directly in Gardspace. Never through the nanny's personal gallery. By architecture — not by policy.

⚖️

Separation by design

The Care Space is entirely separate from the nanny's personal life. Her phone number, her photo gallery, her private conversations — none of that enters Gardspace.

🔒

Data stays with the family

Everything documented in the Care Space belongs to the family. When the care relationship ends, the nanny loses access to the space. The history stays with the parents.

Professional compartmentalisation

For the nanny,
a space finally separate.

Before Gardspace, childcare happened in the nanny's personal spaces — WhatsApp, photo gallery, personal phone number. This created a real problem: sensitive child data retained involuntarily long after the end of a contract.

Gardspace ends this mixing. The nanny documents in a dedicated professional space. When she leaves a family, she takes nothing with her — no photos in her gallery, no child data in her conversations. Her phone remains hers.

  • No child photos in the nanny's personal gallery
  • No data in personal messaging threads
  • No data retained after the end of a contract
  • Professional and private life entirely compartmentalised
This compartmentalisation protects both parties — the family whose data does not linger, and the nanny whose private life remains intact.

Gardspace Verify

Consented verification.
Always under her control.

A nanny's NTR is not public. No one can access it without her explicit permission — not a family, not an agency, not Gardspace itself.

How it works
01
The nanny generates a code
From her application, she generates a temporary 6-digit code. This code is single-use — once used, it expires.
02
She shares it
She gives this code to the person of her choice — a family, an agency, or anyone else. She decides.
03
The verification
The person enters the code at gardspace.app/verify. They access the nanny's certified Track Record.
04
The code expires
The code has been used — it is automatically revoked. For a new verification, the nanny generates a new code.
The nanny has no obligation to share her code. She decides if, when, and with whom she shares access to her record.
